Daylight Savings Time – Effective November 4th, 2018

Daylight Savings Time is at an end. Beginning at 2 AM on November 4th, 2018, the clock rolls back an hour.

Our electronic data partners are obligated to adjust their systems and devices to account for the time change. Unfortunately, the interpretation of the hour and consumption of the data, in which the change occurs, may cause discrepancies in the reporting systems between those of RAIR and our data providers. In order to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date version of your driver logs, there may be a delay in the publication of data to the RAIR website.

We anticipate that the majority of drivers will not be affected. However, if you notice any issues or discrepancies, please contact a customer service representative immediately at 888-444-7010 or email rairsupport@lytx.com .

End of Support: RAIR® Portal on Microsoft Windows XP

Microsoft support for Windows XP ended on April 8, 2014. Microsoft no longer provides security updates or technical support for the Windows XP operating system.

As a result, Lytx will discontinue support for RAIR services on the Microsoft Windows XP operating system as of January 1, 2018. Computers running Windows XP will no longer have the capability required to connect to RAIR services. We encourage you to migrate to a compatible operating system before January 1, 2018 in order to ensure your access to the system remains uninterrupted.

We will continue to invest our resources toward supporting more recent technologies so that we can continue to deliver great new experiences.
